Dispatch Stats is owned and operated by Victor Gonzalez and is located in Taylor, Texas. Victor spent the last 30 years in the Information Technology and Telecommunications space, recently finishing a nine-year employment with one of the largest ESD’s in Texas as the Information Technology and Special Projects Director.

During Victor’s tenure at the ESD, the Fire Chief was a strong proponent of using data analytics and found the data available at the time to be inadequate.  Tasked with solving the problem, Victor and his team developed a series of reporting dashboards that were accurate, repeatable, and displayed in a visual format that was easy to interpret the department’s response time environment. 

Recognizing the immense value this reporting brought to the Fire Chief, Victor wants to bring that same access to every Texas ESD Fire Chief so they too can use the power of data analytics and advanced mapping capabilities to make important decisions about their organization.  Let us show you how.
